Lukas is a trained photojournalist and political scientist (Postgraduate Diploma Photojournalism, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona; BA Political Science, MA Latin American Studies, both Freie Universität Berlin). He has been working as a freelance photographer and communicator (press and public relations, social media) since 2018. Next to his freelance work, he has worked in university internationalization, political communication, and in hospitality, all of which have provided him with the necessary comprehension of his clients' needs, be they individuals,  businesses of all sizes or governmental and government-funded organizations.

In both, his private and professional life, he values ethics and commitment. The unconditional respect for the person in front of him and his camera, clear communication, and delivering on promises are the drivers of his work, as well as his expectation for his clients.

He speaks fluent German, English, Spanish and Portuguese, as well as decent French and some Arabic, and he is happy to put these languages to work in all sorts of environments.
